The bread-baking complex
of "Franzeluta" turned into the joint-stock company from
a handicraft bakery for 50 years of its existence. It comprises 4 large bread-baking
plants with the high level of automation of technological processes, macaroni factory,
experimental-mechanical workshops, the net of the "Franzeluta" shops.

manufacture of the food carbon dioxide on the most up-to-date technology of
the Danish firm - "UNION" - has been set going.

assortment of products is manufactured at the complex:
- it is bread and bakery products, manufactured with the traditional technology
- farinaceous confectionary products: biscuits, spice cakes, wafers and excellent
various cakes, originally decorated and with modern package.
